Investment Seminars
Has anyone heard of the Cashflow
generator investment seminars/ course, the one with the 2 "little people" twins? Is it worth the $1600 for 3 day class? I have read the Rich Dad books and want to get started but not sure how or where to start investing. How does one begin, qualify if your income is low, you would not qualify for a loan?
I am in the Phoenix area. Please HELP !
slow down....
You do not need to spend $1600 on some course, that in the end, may not even apply to you and your area.
Poke arounod on this board for a LONG time...get to know the real contributors, and look through the archives of the forums for the type of investing you are interested in. So many niches in real estate.
I am focusing on paper now, because I have a history in a past career of financing and paperwork.
Others are handy and like to get out and do rehab projects and retail them. Others like preforeclosures.
Take your time, do NOT jump into REI, but don't dilly dally forever, either
good luck, Dave
Good advice from Dave. I've learned more from this site than any REI book I may have read. But make sure to read a few books as well.
Good luck.
Shantai,
I went to the cash flow 3-day training with my husband.
And...I have only one thing to say..."DON'T GO!!!" $1600 is not too but...but that's just a start. The training is to sell other advanced classes (over $10K). They will tell you (at the end of the training)...$1600 training is just to get you started, and you really need to spend $10K to be successful.
Just stick with this site...this is so much better than the $1600 training.

I already spent the $$ to attend the workshop in May. Wish I hadn't now! Iam from Glendale AZ also. Any ideas for a beginner, locating houses, step by step, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks everyone.

Is it too late to get a refund? That $1600 could be put to good use elsewhere!
Good luck!
