Investing witha twist.

Hello all and thanks in advance for any responses to my post. I am an investor, or real estate wholesaler, or dealer. Whichever you prefer to call one who fixes and flips only. The question I have is concerning some properties I have available to me. I have recently added some new services to my real estate qcquisition business. Because of the fact I NEVER FINANCE or MORTGAGE and my line of investors do the same, I am getting more than we all can handle because of the tremendous growth we have recently experienced (which is a good thing). I would like to know if there are other ways to present these great deals (nothing under a 35% profit) to others. I could also offer the investor buyers for the properties as well as selling them quickly usually within 30 days, with special financing programs (not government) for the potential buyers. Because of the value, potential quick flip, and all of the leg work my associates and I do to find these properties (can provide detailed information). What would be a customary finder's fee, in the event I should become a lliason some of the deals I can obtain are worth 1 million and up also. Once again thanks.
