Investing In Pre Construction

I am new to real estate investing and I would like to invest in a few pre construction projects. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions before I get started? Thanks

Pick one or two aspects of real estate investing then pursue them. If that does not work pick another until you find your niche.

    Read daily

Call people on the phone, ads in the paper, realtors, property mgrs, investors, etc and pick their brain

Join your local real estate ivnestment club

Keep reading the posts on here

I totally agree with focusing on one thing once you find your niche

keep reading and above all know yourself. what others do might be great but not cut out for everyone. door to door marketing for example. Have a goal!!! why are you getting in this business? is it to make money and payoff your debt, is it to flip some properties and make some fast cash, do you want to be a landlord?, etc...
once you have an idea of what you want, it will be easier to target your reading and learn faster. you can broaden your interest later if needed.

    Hello,
I am also a newbie from S CA. I am interested in getting started in the wholesaling bussiness. Finish going over Ron Legrands course. When doing a wholesaling trans. , how much commission should I be asking? Would I in CA be doing a simultaneous closing or an assignment contract? What is the best way to find a title company that would do a simultaneous closing like Ron teaches? Thanks.
