    Hi DSBTwins,

Just wondering why you have "Owners not listed for bankruptcy" as one of your criteria..

    Thanks!

    Rentonitime,
Thanks for the information. I went to www.sunbiz.org, state of Florida Division of Corporations. They had a form that I used to fill out and submit my articles of formation for my LLC. Of course, I got as much info and thought and researched hard before setting up the LLC. But it cost me only $130 through the State of Florida web site. You helped me to save hundreds compared to an online entity formation company and thousands compared to an actual lawyer.

IMHO you should have 1 llc form and operating agreement professionally written by an atty. Then use it as a template.

if you are trying to avoide the CA tax rate, NEVER bring the money back in to CA and do be an active participant was the advice I was given

Filing with the state is only one part of the process, still need to file with county and IRS. IRS is free for the EIN and county filing in my state was only $20 for the year, that must be renewed each year.
