Integrity In Rei
I am posting this to find out how many honest investors are you coming across? I have been burned on birddog fees by seasoned investors who take advantage of my lack of knowledge of rei. I will overcome this but it puts a bad taste in my mouth about how someone will take advantage of you for $500hundred dollar birddog

That is terrible. Just remember, they have to answer for their actions someday! Just make sure you remember where you come from and make sure you never do the same to others. Some people have absolutely zero integrity. Unfortunate for those who have been burnt, but, it is up to us to do right by folks to avoid the unwanted reputation of some of the folks who have precedded us. I have found here on this site, most of the people I have talked to are on the up and up. Which I feel I have been very fortunate to be associated with people of this caliber. I for one am grateful for this great tool for building my future and the future of those whom I come in contact with. Keep the faith!!

I believe that the majority of investors that you will be dealing with will have integrity. Personally, If I have a brid-dog that is performing for me, it isn't worth $500 for me to sever that relationship. As an investor, I make money when I buy Real Estate. The more I buy, The more I make. It's stupid im my opinion to kill a source of my income. There are some people in every crowd that just don't get it though. They're the ones that make doing business with a hand shake foolish.
It's sad!
