Insurance
I just purchased a commercial property in Florida that is a horse ranch on 301. I have a couple tenants interested in living on the ranch and using it to board/train horses as well as lessons and tack. There is also a mobile home on the property.
I want to protect the property in the event someone is hurt. Would this be a situation in which the tenants got their own insurance policy or will I need to as well? If the lease states that they are responsible for anything that happens on the property could I still be held liable.
