Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a liability insurance policy for a condo which will cover (not the contents) but the physical liability of the folks who will be renting it for short terms ( daily or weekly ) It is a condotel that I am renting out myself. Try a local REIA group for a referral to an Agent that works with investors...I would suggest NOT to extend it from your personal homeowners liability...[ Edited by norrist on Date 10/19/2004 ]
