Insurance Advice - Lapse

Hi,

All State and I had a disagreement about a repair in Buffalo, NY. I thought we were negotiating on what had to be done, instead I was being cancelled. I



Now, I am trying to find someone who will re-insure the property. There is no mortgage on it. Any suggestions on who I can turn to for some quick insurance?

    House is in good condition & currently rented. All State did an inspection a few months after the policy was in effect and determined roof needed work. Roof had been checked out previously, requested that they send out another inspector. One of the Agents told me that they are planning to re-examine all of the houses as a cost cutting measure.

    Check with your local REIA-type group for referral(s) to Agents that "get" REI...
