Inspiration needed for Newbie
Group,
I am looking to get into real estate investing in Denver, Colorado. I have ordered a couple books online;
• 1 of: Flipping Properties: Generate Instant Cash Profits in Real Estate
• 1 of: How to Make Money Buying Pre Foreclosure Properties Before They Hit the County Courthouse .
Where would you suggest I start? Is it really like the infomercials and seminars (Earnie Kessler) that lots of money can be made? I’m a little skeptical, and am looking for real people that have experience doing this.
I’m currently an IT support person for an apartment management corporation, getting married soon, and am looking to better my career and finances.
Any help, pointers, or inspiration would be greatly appreciated!
