To all,
Where would I look to find info on how to short sell property? I have been scowering the net for about 6 hours and I can't find any free info on it. I'm not trying to be cheap, but I would prefer not to pay for something when I can find it for free.
I'm not even 100% sure I know what a short constitutes.
Sorry for such a vauge post, but I don't even know how to phrase what I'm really looking for other than information.

i haven't been able to find any free info on it, i think it'd be best to try a course so you have a reference, i have no idea what would be a good short-sale course since i don't do them or have any interest in them, maybe someone else can voice their opinion
I appreciate the help. I'll keep looking for the info for now, but if I can't turn anything up then I'll purchase a package to learn.

A Short Sale Primer
A Short Sale Primer isn't a course, but it's an introduction. It's concise, and an easy read. Buy it from TCI, and if there is anything you don't quite understand, I'll throw in some (private) E-Consulting to help you get started on the right foot
