Information Regarding Chain Of Title/double Escrows
I was wondering if anyone knew of a lender that didnt pull chain of title in underwriting? I only know one, and I want to expand my horizons with regards to different programs available. I am very limited right now. I am not really that knowledgable in that part of this business, and maybe it can be explained to me why they require that now. Thanks
