Some people on this site say the strategies work for them, but for the most part you need to be in a heavy buyers market. I live in the metro NY area and those creative financing deals just don't work here because there is no shortage of buyers. Why would a seller put together a potentially risking financing scheme with me when he has 5 other people with conventional financing ready to buy the same property?
