Should I Buy The Office Building For Myself?
I am a real estate agent in Athens, GA and am handling the lease/sale of a couple office buildings here in town - I have dealt with plenty of commercial property but have yet to venture into buying some for myself. I just leased out one of the buildings to a larger company for the next 3 years which sparked my interest in buying the property for myself. Any suggestions on what to look for in office rentals?

Look for spaces leased by the government. They stay for a long time and always pay their rent.

Would you want your office to be in that area?
It seems this is many business owners dream. Be in part of the building and lease the rest! Would you occupy >50%? Then you could get 90% SBA money.
