Need Help With Land In Southern California
I found about 118 acres of Industrial / light commercial property and the seller wants $ 9,000,000 for it (the land only). How I should approach this deal to build a business park ? How do I find my tennants? How do I detrmine my building costs?
What is your financial position to put money down, joint venture with the seller, your asset holdings, etc. Can you come up with 30-50% for the raw land? Do you have site development money? What is your overall goal for the land? Do you want to subdivide and sell? Do you want to develop and manage?
