Marketing For Brown Fields
I am currently wholesaling properties. I have two investors who are looking to buy environmentally damaged properties (A.K.A. "Brown Fields".
I am looking for ideas on how to market for these types of properties. Thanks for your help!

By "closing checklist" do you mean due diligence checklist? If so here are some suggestions:
1. verify current zoning, permitted uses, and all zoning requirements
2. availability of public utilities
3. phase 1 environmental
4. lease rates
5. land development ordinance requirements
6. get documentation on current leases and income, if any
7. get documentation on operating expenses
