Auto/RV Storage A Good Idea? Any Ideas?
I am considering buying vacant land for Auto-RV-Boat Storage. I have no experience with this though. Is permitting complicated? What all considerations should I take and expect before pursuing this? What all costs need to be figured to determine the NOI? Thank you for your ideas!

Hello! This would be located in Washington State, unincorporated King County area. I have been looking at lots which are commercial on main highways/streets as well as lower cost lots off the highways which are not zoned commercial. Does the zoning make a difference... for example, a property which currently has a mobile home that needs to be removed as per the county and health dept. My thought was to just fence in the acre, finish clearing and leveling it for storage. Thank you for your thoughts!
