In Owner/occupan Rental Should I Reveal I'm The Owner?

I seeking a duplex, I've heard it's best not to let the renters know you are the owner and infact I should represent myself as the property manager? What are your views on this? :-?

    yes. thats always a good idea. if u want to increase the rent and they start whining, u can always hide behind "don't blame me, i just work for the company that owns it".

    please tell me exactly how do I do this? Do I create a corp, do I make up a management name for the lease with a PO Box? Also, property details is avail at any courthouse/internet. Please advise. Thanks,

    set up an S corp... state you are the property manager and have a po box to collect rent or EFT
