I take it you do not know the realtor so I would not mention it. Make sure you have the "or as assigns" checkbox checked in the contract. Or your name "or as assigns" in the buyer portion

If you are assigning it and not double closing, they will know how much you are making on it.

It is illegal for realtor to pay nonlicensed person fees to list a property. It is illegal for mortgage broker to pay referral fee. So I would not do, what you are suggesting. I would concentrate on aquiring properties as a RE investor to make money instead.[ Edited by SmileyFace on Date 03/24/2005 ]
