My name is Jeremy and I am from NJ. I have just recently got my real estate license and Joined up with Weichert reality. My question is where to get started. What’s the best approach to jump in and start making money?

None can answer that question for you - there are many investing techniques and styles, so learn, and then choose want you want to do.
This board has been a great resource to me personally, so I would recommend you do a lot of reading!

i would not just jump in, research, know the in's and out's, make your first one as close to a sure thing as possible.
