I Would Like To Get Into Real Estate

I would like to get into real estate and own property if possible. I have read a little about birddogging. How is this accomplished? What do I have to do? Do I need a lot of money? Who do I get help and valuable knowledge from? Would birddogging be the loggical first step? I am very excited about this web site and about real estate. I need and want help. confused

I haven't actually birddogged but I did look up on this website the real estate investment clubs in my area and went to a meeting here in NY last weekend and was amazed it was great. I was nervous but the coordinator of the club told me that if I wanted to ask questions and find out who was what and what was where....I had to go back into the room and introduce myself. I half way did it and found a motivated mortgage lender and a private lender looking to fund deals WOW! So pls find a investment group near you or even something with a little travel and leave your nervousness behind you and talk away you will find out that these are the people that you will find deals for and pick up the phone to say "Hey I have what you want where is my money"

    Hi,

I work with a guy here in Vancouver, WA who is a very successful REI. He has Single and Multi-family properties all over WA and OR. And he's showing me how to locate and accumulate properties that will build residual income for the rest of my life. Aloha isn't that far from Vancouver, so if you're interested in coming up this way I can set something up to discuss your options. He's a wealth of knowledge and can give you the knowledge and desire to get started. PM me if you're interested.

John Locke has a great birddogging E-Book. The book should answer most of your questions.
