  Dear John,
  
  I got in a deal with some punk kid that took your course, I am not sure just what happened. All I know he ended up with the property, sold it and got $17,800 some odd profit. Now I have had that place for nigh onto ten years, never did much with it but kill chickens, but dang this kid sure took advantage of me. Now the wife is a little upset, chased me out of the house with a shotgun, told me to look you up and take the damn course or else.

  Way to go!!!!!!! You have a heck of a menton with John Locke. I began with John's materials last year and this year has been incredible. Is this stuff legal???? $$$$$ is coming so easy it feels criminal and I'm not robbing any banks.
