I Want To Do This Legally
I was wondering if there is a company that i can sign up with and get paid for finding properties for investors. Where i can get paid 500. or more for the lead. i dont want to give the lead and not get paid for it. Or is it best that to work with local investers and how do i find these people to work for them and make good money for me.
The only thing that I know of where you can "join" to get paid for finsing properties for investors is becoming a realtor.
Why not find a local REI club and network... You will find investors that are looking for good bird dogs... You are that good bird dog...

how do i find a reo club. or even the investors. i live in a small town and i have never heard of this club.
Go to the top of this website and click on GROUPS... Then pick your state and see if there are any around you. If that doesn't do it for you, go to www.****This URL Not allowed****.com and down towards the bottom of the page on the left hand side under RESOURCES is a link called Real Estate Clubs... Try that link, too!
