I Need Some Help With A Land Contract Gone Bad.
I really need a lawyer to PM me I just finished a lawsuit which was lost and now the owner of the contract I am on wants to charge me even more for the property I have been in for more than 7 years. I would be happy to spill guts on the forum but would rather speak with an atty. first, and see what you think. I was to close on this deal on the 10th of march and now I don't know what to do the seller is saying that I'm trying to screw him out of back interest and payments which truly not the case at all. There were significant damages to this house that went undisclosed and he says that it is not his fault. Anyway I'm really frustrated and would like to get a little feedback from some of you. I will wait for an email or PM so as to not get in trouble on the website.

Believe it or not it may be safer this time to use the interent rather than the locals, town is to small for me to feel comfortable with this right now.
