I Need Help
i have been trying to get rid of a house and now it is in preforeclosure i have some that is interested in buying it but i am not sure if it will close i added this potential buyer to title but only on paper and didnt get it recorded i am not sure if this is going to go through or not and i need some ideas on how to get rid of this housei say it is preforeclosure becasue i am running out of maoney and will not be able to afford it anymore.. it is new house got the c/o in september 5 bd 4 bath 3874 sqft 2 car garage.. please help me..
