I Need Help With A Tax Sale Question
i found a house that has been taken by the county for non paid taxes for 2 1/2 years this house has been vacant and used by kids as a hangout it needs lots of www.work.the owner has been committed to a psycho www.ward.the rest of the family wants nothing to do with the house or anything about www.it.now my question the house will be owned by the county in august thats when they can take it something about the owner has 3 years to pay the www.leins.is there anyway that i can pay the leins and take title of the house before it goes to auction without the owners signing anything?thanks for any help...mike
Has it already been taken by the county and redemption is up in August or what? That is not clear.
Get whomever had pow for the owner to sell it to you
i'm not sure if the county owns it already i would say yes because they pad locked thehouse and filled in the swiming pool with dirt because of www.bugs.i have not had time yet to go to the town to find out www.yet.i have been talking to the people who live on the street.
