I Need Help From The Pros About HUD-1 And Mutiple Assignments

I have committed a major blunder? I recently went to closing and the contract price that I negotiated with the mortgage company was different than what was stated. So In turn they increase the payout to 134,000. (I am dealing with fairbanks people). For instance I negotiated a purchased price of 80,000 for everything including back taxes. The hud-one sheet to my buyer's end buyer said 160,000. (He flip it to someone else.) This included my 20,000 dollars, the 10,000 I promised the home owner and I guess 50,000 to who I was going to sell it to.( I don't understand that part but I made a deal. So I got to stick to it.) Anyway I need to find a way to pay everyone, at the same time I have the hud-1 sheet say the contract price is 80,000. Any suggestion would be gladly appreciate it ?
