You can make your current loan a 15 year loan by running an amorization schedule to find out what you should pay each month. By paying above the minimum you work to payoff your principal faster and thus not have as much interest. End result is the same.
I don't deal with MH's and never knew one could be worth $65k but thats besides the point. If the refinance costs are the same for MH's as real property, then I would think twice about the added cost. However, if they are treated like auto's refinance fees are very minimal.
There are many manufactured homes that are worth 65K on up to over 100K. Generally these nicer ones are called manufactured homes and are double or triple wide's with a tip out. They usually sit on foundations or at least have a block foundation.
