I Need An OH Contract
Im in FL, and I have FARBAR contracts that I know are solid here. However I have a deal that I need to contract in OH, and cannot seem to locate anything comparable from that area of the country. Do they use something similar to the FARBAR (contact approved by board of realtors, and BAR association) ? If so , would anyone be kind enough to email me a copy, or direct me to a site where I can D/L one?
