I'm So Surprised!!!
So I just really started my REI thing, the lasts post where for a friend of mine. But I'll tell you this, I'm happy. I sent 30 letters on flast friday 05-01 and yesterday I got 2 calls. On 1 I did an appointment, which I a just came from, and the guy wants 320K for a big 4family in a hot zone. He says that if he fixes it up he'll get probably 410K but anyway I just run some comps on that. Well the post is I really surprised how fast I got response. Isn't it great.?
What do you people think I can do here, should I retail it. I think it's hard to wholesale this property
Is a hot zone a good or a bad area? I was assuming good. If it is in such a great area you should lock in the purchase at 320k and then immediately put it on the market at the low end. You'll likely get offers falling in and likely over your asking price. Make some quick money and walk away happy.
