Not enough information to really answer. Really depends on the type of investing you want to do. Flipping is good for no risk and some quick small profits kind of like a ticket scalper at a ballgame. To be a ballplayer takes a lot more work and of course risk. You can play the game several ways too. Do rehabs where you buy and fix and sell or keep for the long run and be a landlord or lease with option to buy or sell with owner financing. The latter is kind of like being a banker and you are making money on the financing but now really being a landlord until a default occurs.
