I'm Being Approched By Chief Denney
Chief Denney has approched me to "broker" my property, he wants to sell it to his students next weekend for 10K more then I'm asking for it, he wants me to sign a demand note payable at escrow to him for 10K above my asking price, seems like someone is going to get the shaft here, either me or his students. Any suggestions or comments? Am I being paranoid, dense, or is my property REALLY that low priced... or is he pulling a scam?

Get comps on your place. Or get an appraisal..... Seems like a $350 cost to save $10,000 is a good trade.
I cannot answer that question but I would like to add that I went to one of his traveling shows that came to town. After the "Quick Pitch" All the blacks, people over 50, and everyone under 21? got the stiff!

I pulled my own comps online from a service and I figure it's worth 205-207K, however we are in a really strong market here, so I was asking 210K firm.
