I Know One Marketing That Is....
not working in my area. That media is the local daily paper. I know investors that place their ad for at least 5 years, and finally decided to pull out.
Now they are trying direct mail mainly homeowners that has owned their homes for over 10 years. I assume that is not a lucrative list either, unless you can hit them at least 4 times within a year.
So what is generating the most buzz for your dollars?
