Does he (do you) really get in to the mechanics of the deal? Like filling out forms, writing contracts, finding deals, and all that stuff. In other words is it idiot proof enough for me?

In a nutshell, yep, pretty much everything you need.
The real kicker is that if you don't fully understand the book, you've got 2 websites, unlimited email and John's personal cell phone # to use if you are really strapped for an answer/support.
You else supplies you with all that for less than $200?
