i have the money, now what??
ok, i can come up with $3000 to invest. i have bought Deals on Wheels on ebay. i am placing an ad tomorrow to lease with option to buy my own mobile home. BUT,
now i want to branch out! say i find a great deal on a mobile home, and in south carolina, that can't be too hard. where do i put this home while i am trying to sell it? i live in the country and it could stay temporarily on my land but how do i sell a mobile home that must be moved and how hard is it to repossess when it is not on your land? if the TB's are living in a park or land they also finance and they don't pay on my mobile home, can i still evict them or hook it up one day and move it away? that's expensive!!! will Deals on Wheels answer these questions?
