I Have Leads In NC, SC, MO
Hi everyone. I'm actually pretty new at investing. Recently I put some ads out on the net that I buy/lease houses from anywhere in the US, Figuring that if I was interested and if the homes were near me (seattle/tacoma area), I'd follow through on the offers and try to get a lease/option or sub2 deal on them.
I also figured that I could 'bird-dog out' the properties that were not in my area to other investors. I plan on putting together a site for that too, but for now I had to actually stop my advertising campaign, as I've received so many inquiries and really have nobody to farm them out to.
Admittedly, some of these inquiries aren't great, but I have been asking questions, getting information from the 'sellers' and see lots of room for negotiation.
