I Have A Shower Leak. Help

In one of my rentals the shower head leaks a bit of water when the bath water is running. How do I correct this problem between the shower head and the tub faucet?

thanks

not clear where the leak is.

is it where the shower head screws onto the plumbing coming out of the wall?

There I would look for corrotion, proper seating, and teflon tape.

Water is leaking past the shower head diverter valve. You need to remove and rebuild it, meaning replace washers, seals etc. or buy a new one.

the water leaks directly where it sprays when the shower is turned on.

I would replace the shower head completely.

You can find some reasonably priced shower heads that are the massage type (not the ones with the holder but a simple fixed head), for not too much more than the traditional shower head.

Might help ease the tension on your tenants caused by you insisting that they pay their rent timely!

sounds like a cartridge issue if a Moen faucet or valve seats and washers as previously sugessted.
