But Joel, have you added the "Notes for sale section" yet. If so, there needs to be a deletion in the paper/mortgages forum. Or someone may want to put a comment in instructing people it is not okay to advertise in the forum and lock the topic. Your call.

Here is an example of how easy it is to advertise using a persons profile through a post.
His home page is an advertisement for web hosting.
His signature tells you to go there. *see my profile*
I have deleted many, many posts in this forum it has a tendency to run rampant with advertising.
