I am so confused
Hey Guys its me again.
I am really confused as far as the difference between short sales and doing wholesales.
What is the difference?
I really want to get involved in these types of transactions but I dont know if I am certain of what I am doing
I managed to get a the notice of default list for my county. After I contact these people and get the release of info document, I know I am supposed to negotiate price as much as I can right?
After I got my price with the lender, how can I come up with the funds for this property? Can I simply put it in contract and sell my contract to another investor for a quick profit without having to comeup with the funds?
Another quick question as far as contacting the sellers of the homes.
Is there a script or a list of questions that someone might be able to share with me?
Do you guys recomend sending postcards,letters?
Please give me your valuable advise in this guys I really appreciate your help in advance!!!!!!

Sounds like you need to go to the library and take out some books on real estate investing. Also check you local community college for courses plus there is ebay plus many sites that have courses for sale.
