I am a home owner wanting to buy my neighbor home, what options would I have in getting a loan to buy this home. I currently have a family to rent the house. Is it going to be easy to get a loan that I do live in?
If your neighbor's home isn't for sale, or they aren't interested in selling... it's going to be tough to buy it. If it is for sale, you'll have to learn the asking price... and consult with a mortgage broker to see if you are able to qualify for an acquisition loan, and dicuss the best loan program for you.
