Husband In Mexico- How To Get QuitClaim
Hello. We need advice on the following situation. A lady's house is facing foreclosure. Her husband is in Mexico. What is the procedure for getting it notarized in Mexico?

I have a similar situation here. I was told by the title company to send the documents to him in Mexico and have him go to an american based bank and have them notarized.
I have to admit this seems a little on the easy side so I will try it and see if it works OK; but short of flying him back to the US, I don;t have any other ideas.
