Are buying HUD properties having then fund the cost and rehab cost a good deal, and renting it to low income renters. Also is selling them a problem?

"and renting it to low income renters." Why only LowIncomeRenters....here in Florida, we have HUDs over 100K!!?? "Also is selling them a problem?" NO!....
