HUD Requirements
I am a newbie and met with a real estate agent today. She showed me a list of HUD Properties many of which are listed as owner occupant for the first 12 months. Are there ways of getting around this stipulation on these opportunities?
On the open bidding systems with HUD. You must remember to get the property you really want you must pencil in your highest Figures not your lowest. The bidding is very tough because you are bidding against alot of REI people. The HUD is looking for the getting the best buck for each property. Also go on line and watch the bidding process. Then you can tract how much the average deal is going and compare it to your own figures.
