HUD Apartment Foreclosure
Has anyone here had any success in this market?
The major issue I have seen is they are ancient property with tons of deferred maintenance that HUD require a LOC to be in place as part of the closing.
This ties in with wanting to be a HAP/section 8 landlord, and many are affordable properties.
People around me who are into this work on getting succeeded but, somewhere I found that it is not that successful for us.
HUD homes are so varied that you can actually choose an apartment that has all the features that you want in a home. Aside from affordability, you can look an apartment which is in a good.
