HUD-1
I currently am going through the final process of the short sale. I submitted the offer and It looks like it will be accepted. The problem I have what is the best way to get a Hud-1 filled out for the best price and by whom? This is the first time doing this and I want to make sure everything comes over clean without missing something that could put me at risk.
Your closing agent should be able to prepare for you an estimated HUD1 predicated upon the information you provide including costs borne to the Seller: unpaid property taxes, attorney fee, water/sewer charges, assessments (if any) first/second mortgagee payoffs, transfer taxes, and any liens/judgments of record.
