How Would I Do This?
Here is what i am tryin to do:
I would like to partner with a friend (he has the credit) purchase a property using a hml then do a 90% cash out no seasoning refinance right after i purchase. How would i work this so when the check comes he couldnt run off with the money? I do have a LLC formed.
Would it be any way the proceeds could come in the companies name?
What about putting myself on title?
