get the financing I need for a bank repo bid. I was told by a realtor I need to fax my offer and a check showing proof of funds. What are the various ways I can get financing in this situation. All comments are greatly appreciated.

This is tuff to answer as known of us know what you are asking for - Is it rehab money? Is it a direct purchase?
Plus it all depends upon your credit, net assets, ability to pay the loan and the list goes on.
