How To Structure Offer
I am looking at a little house that already has several offers on it. It is a great asking price for this house in a good neighborhood so I assume all offers are full price $44K. All other recent retail sales were over 100K. Assuming all are cash buyers and full asking price offers, what should I do to get my cash offer accepted without going over asking price? More earnest money?
