This is not an Advertisement for a Partner...I just need to know how to structure the deal.
Well I guess we'd need to know more about what your equity partner wants in terms of a ROI, when the cash flows, etc.
Also helpful would be some discussion of how your planing to structure the debt portion of the deal. And/or the terms of the Lease/option.
