Property will have 25% Equity that will remain in the property after the sale... How can I structure this deal as a no down payment deal and receive a portion of the equity at closing? :-D

Not quite sure I understand the question. In what way will the 25% equity stay in? Are you going to put 25% down? Buy at 25% under market? Have the seller carry a 25% second?
