How to stop a judicial foreclosure?

Hi. I'm a new investor in MO and have a very interested seller whose house is going up for auction at a sheriff's sale next week. She is not sure, however, if she still has the right to sell the house, since she lost the case in court to her lienholder. Can she still sell the house prior to the sheriff sale, or because this is a judicial (as opposed to trustee) sale, is she out of luck? Thanks.

    Hello Sdaily,
Sorry to say it but you friend is out of luck. Your friend has not more legal claim to the property. I am no lawyer, but your friend's property is gone from the legal right to bring in a buyer at this point. Your friend had every opportunity to bring in a buyer before the property this stage.
